Don't bother with these guys. I read great reviews on Google, but they mislead me into buying a lemon, that I cannot return. They did not see all the safety defects that were completely obvious if inspected correctly. Rusted out holes in the floorboards, wheels are dry rotting, engine misfires, seatbelts malfunctioning, muffler leaks, to name a few, even the radiator fan assembly was loose/damaged. They told me to change the engine coil, which I did, and that didn't solve the missfires. Thank you for the waste of $125 and the loss of $5,200.

It's the small things that set Foreign Auto Services apart from other shops in the area. For me, the most impressive service they offer is an email summary of the inspection they perform on your vehicle, outlining all of the areas on the car they inspected, what they found, what services (if any) are recommended, and (best of all) pictures of everything. Not only do they tell you there's 5mm of brake pad left, there's a picture to show you. The staff is always extremely friendly and courteous, and I've always been given clear explanations of what work they think needs to be done, whether it's critical or not, and why they think it needs to be done. Finally, their waiting room is extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. There's a vending machine if you get hungry, and the proximity to retail and restaurants (Costco, Target, Famous Dave's, Red Robin, etc.) is a huge plus.

What an amazing experience I had. Entire staff was extremely professional, honest and very reasonably priced. I will never take my vehicles any where else. I am so glad I found this place. They went above and beyond to help me. As a woman it is so difficult to find people/businesses you can trust with your car and I have finally found the RIGHNT place. I will be taking my two foreign and domestic vehicles to Foreign Auto Service in Chantilly. I spoke to other customers while waiting for my car and each person had nothing, but great things to say. One customer said he has been bringing his car for the past 10 years and because of this team their car runs like it's new. So refreshing to hear.

This is what I call a hybrid shop. The cleanliness of a dealership, but the personal touch of a smaller shop. Very nice waiting area as well. The job was done in a timely manner and the invoice was exactly the same as the quote. I'm very happy.

Whenever you move to a new location it's always stressful finding a new auto shop. Foreign Auto Services has taken my stress level down to zero. Whenever I need my car repaired I take it to them and I know they will give me the best price for the service that I need. I trust the team at Foreign Auto Service and I know when you use them you will feel the same way.

These guys have been earning my business big time, to the point where this is the ONLY shop where I'll consider taking my Audi and feel actually good about it! Everything is amazing about this place; customer service, workmanship, professionalism and I'm sure you'll appreciate that so far they seem to be HONEST and fair with their pricing. That last one is such a rarity in repair shops so needless to say, it's super refreshing to have found a place with this much integrity in their dealing with their customers. Nothing about telling you you need to fix things that you don't have to, no upselling, no reinstalling old parts and telling you they put new ones in. Trust me, I've checked their work after I've left. That's what keeps me coming back and why they're soo busy all the time because I'm sure others have noticed the same. They don't have to lie because by doing business the right way they actually hey more business. Note - Ask for Carlos when you call, he is above and beyond the absolute best shop manager I've met. I don't normally take time to write these type of reviews, but this place has earned it. Definitely go here!
