Have done so for many years and wouldn't trust anyone else as much as I do FAS. (Also, just want to point out that if you look through the bad reviews, the shop (well, Carlos, the owner) does a very good job of addressing the customers' complaints. And, they do so in a very professional manner. I think that this is a perfect example of how they treat all their customers - with professionalism and respect. This is the best place to get your car serviced.They always accommodate you if you need a job done in a short time frame. They do quality work and are very friendly. I have saved so much money by coming here. My commute is about an hour. That’s how good they are.

Had my first visit to Foreign Auto Services and I will definitely be back. Honest and fairly priced. Eric explained everything and told me what could and couldn’t wait. When I first arrived and was waiting in the waiting room, I asked the other customers what their opinion was... they were all very anxious to praise the place as the only place they would take their cars. Most of them had been going there for years. Highly recommended.

Foreign auto services did a very thorough and detailed inspection of our Honda Civic. Eric was also very helpful in helping us track down battery issues we were having and we were very happy with his level of service.

Good prices, fast service, courteous and knowledgeable personnel who did not try to oversell, modern office, automatic notifications for order status, ability to see service history online. I got an online report with pictures (!!!!) for each problem area. I am sold:)

Eric and his team serviced our Audi for far less than the dealership. The customer service at Foreign Auto Service also exceeds that of the high gloss Audi dealership down the street. Most of all, you can trust them to do the work right and not push services you don't need. Great experience.

First time experience with Eric and the Foreign Auto Services team was great. I made an appointment last minute online and was able to drop my car off the next morning. About two hours after dropping off my car, I received a thorough email report outlining all the details of my inspection. Each item was sorted as "Good," "Needs Future Attention," or "Needs Immediate Attention." The report provided a detail of the issue, the justification for any action, and pictures of my car specifically to show the issue in detail. Eric then called me to talk through the inspection report in greater detail. After another couple hours, I was notified that I could come pick up my car. After picking up my car, Eric talked me through the issues in person and provided guidance and insight as requested. Would highly recommend Foreign Auto Services and the team. As a non-car guy, having the inspection report prior to discussing on the phone with Eric was exactly what I wanted. Rather than having someone talk about the issues and try to explain on the phone, I was able to look at the issues and research them myself to better prepare prior to my call with Eric.

Oil change and brake replacements. Very quick turn around time while I waited in the lobby. Love the efficiency of the work and the friendliness of the service!
