So nice to have heat again! The heater blower in my wife's 2013 Mercedes ML350 quit on one of the coldest days of the year - Carlos and team were able to take the car the same day (during an ice storm). Diagnosis was quick (turned out that a wiring harness connector has fried out and was giving an intermittent connection) - instead of replacing the entire harness (BIG bucks on a Merc), they were able to source most the parts locally to replace just the burnt connectors and then spent the weekend finding the rest from all over the country. Everything was buttoned up by COB on Monday and my wife is a happy camper. Carlos and Jim were very professional throughout - lots of updates on where they were and their approach. Best part was that their pricing was transparent and they saved me a TON of money. Highly recommend.
