Carlos assisted me with booking my appointment and telling me everything they found during the inspection. I was also emailed an incredibly detailed inspection of my car. It included pictures of my car parts and the condition they were in and it even explained the function of parts and why it’s essential to the car. There was no pressure to get extra work done and they were extremely honest about the value of my car and if the work needed was worth it. Absolutely amazing job I would recommend everyone here.

Called for pre-purchase inspection. Spoke w Carlos. Quickly ID'ed available days/times. They worked w dealer to arrange drop off and pick up of vehicle. Received texts on status of inspection. Fully documented inspection sent via email. Really helpful in discussion with dealer. Quick, professional service. A great value ! Recommend 5 stars.

I can trust this place with my BMW X5 and I will definitely return with my other European cars. Carlos addressed all the possible issues that may arise in the future, but only confirmed the ones that needs immediate attention. Carlos operates the shop professionally.

I came to FAS through a Groupon (which was a great deal) and am sure glad I did! Carlos was great, straight forward and friendly. Appreciate the opportunity to ask for what I wanted and have the option to opt out of redundant procedures without feeling pressured and actually felt listened to and respected. Which is not the usual for women and the auto industry. Highly recommend this business and the drive out to Chantilly for DC is nice.
