I had a really great experience with FAS. Booking an appointment was extremely easy. When I dropped my car off I received a detailed report with issues, any immediate and future recommendations for service. Stacey was very detailed. Initially went in for an oil change and was able to add a couple more services with no issues. This is our new service facility for our German cars.
I bought a used vehicle from a CarMax dealership that claimed they did a state inspection and it passed. I had my suspicions and decided to take my 2010 Lexus RX 350 to FAS. Out of the many service shops I have experienced over the years, no one has done as thorough of an inspection as they have. They email you a report with pictures included of the diagnosed parts. Stacey at the front desk is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and will be returning for service.
