I've been in the automotive business for over 20 years and currently deal with cars on the weekends. I purchased a car about a month ago that was spitting out errors codes like crazy. Because I didn't have the time to fully diagnose the issue or the equipment needed I took it to Foreign Auto Services. It seems like the previous owner or previous mechanic did some strange things with this car, either either intentionally or unintentionally. Regardless it was a tough problem to resolve requiring wiring diagram and updated equipment to track down the issues. The guys at Foreign Auto Services did an excellent job, within a reasonable time-frame and at a reasonable cost. They are my go-to consultants whenever I have complicated and difficult issues to resolve, they are simply amazing! In addition their use of the chat feature, web-site, and quick responsive communication is outstanding.

Mike, the FAS Service Advisor, is back! Although having your car serviced is not exactly a fun outing, the friendliness, professionalism, honesty, and overall exceptional customer service displayed by Mike, Carlos, and the technicians make the visit to FAS a very positive experience. They are a family owned business and you can certainly feel a family-like atmosphere. I have used other auto service shops over the years and I believe this is the best in the area. I would definitely recommend FAS if you are looking for reliable, professional, efficient auto maintenance and repair services, and good rates.

After having received dismal service at Sterling BMW and BMW of Fairfax, I have been looking for a place that I can bring my vehicle to. I was referred to this shop by a colleague. This was my first visit to this auto shop to have my car’s annual safety inspection done. I made the appointment online and when I brought my car in, it was looked at right away. The waiting area is spotless and clean. At check in, I was offered a comprehensive inspection report of my vehicle but I was pressed for time and will have to come back later to have that done. I appreciate the speed and efficiency of this shop as well as the vehicle status updates sent online to me along with phone call as to let me know that it was completed. I do highly recommend this auto shop.

Went to Foreign Auto Services for the first time after a recommendation from Costco Auto Program for an alignment. Was very pleased with the experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and all around good experience. Helpful recommendations and information but no pressure.
