Mike and Eric are very decent to work with. They did a full diagnostic on an old car we eventually decided not to proceed with the repair but would recommend them.

Always quality and attentive service from Carlos and his team. They are thorough and very good. I find the cost to be in the mid to upper range, but on the "you get what you pay for" old saying, I prefer peace of mind and will continue servicing my cars with this shop.

Update: 12/21/2017: I continue to receive great service each time I take in my car for any repairs. My car started to make an unpleasant sound so I took it in to get it checked out by the team at FAS. They were able to pinpoint the issue and had it all fixed up in just a few hours! Highly recommended. -------------------------------------------------------- Awesome customer service at Foreign Auto Services. Very welcoming and professional staff. Took my car in for a transmission replacement which they completed in a timely fashion as promised. Status updates were provided to ensure that I was aware of the progress. I was provided the option to have the work summaries and receipts emailed, which I appreciated very much. Foreign Auto Services will be the first place I'll turn to for any future repairs!

Been taking my car to these guys for a couple years now. They have been extremely transparent and professional. I especially appreciate the printed inspection reports, complete with pictures. Highly recommend using them.

I have been coming to Foreign Auto Service for over a year after taking my car to the dealership for the previous 10 years of services. The final straw was that the dealership stated that I needed a new engine during their diagnostic check. I am happy that I sought a second opinion with Foreign Auto Service because tgey actually found the PROBLEM, corrected it and I have been driving on that "faulty" engine for 18 months!!! Needless say, I now only let Carlos and team Service my car!! Carlos and the entire team are honest, pleasant and knowledgeable. You should definitely give them a chance!!!

Searching for a shop that I could create a long term relationship with, I found this guy's on Yelp, read the reviews, and decided to give them a test run on my 2014 Audi A7. From the first call, first appointment, first experience, all top notch as hoped and frankly expected after reading all the consistently amazing reviews. Another thing I really appreciate is the transparency in showing me what and why repairs are being done rather than just telling the customer. Mike was awesome, informative, and really exemplifies customer service. I've already recommended them to a family member and would recommend them to anyone. And for the record, their cost was half of the dealer :-) HALF! If I could rate more than 5 stars.. I would.
