Thank you for the kind words Kyle. Maybe around twenty-five or thirty years ago, one of our now long time customers was greeted by my father as they happened into FAS for the first time. This first time customer requested a "tune-up" and my father's response was to inquire why they thought they needed a tune-up. Long story short, this customer didn't need a tune-up; therefore, FAS did not perform one at that time, but this customer was prepared to spend the money on having said work done. In this industry a shop can earn a good enough living without taking advantage of their customers. Consequently, FAS strives to be as open and honest about your vehicle's service needs as it not only is the morally sound thing to do, but also the profitable one.
