Excellent 1st visit. Carlos and his team were professional, and a pleasure to work with. I am very fussy about my cars, and they outperformed my high expectations. We will be bringing all our vehicles to Foreign Auto Services in the future.

These guys have been earning my business big time, to the point where this is the ONLY shop where I'll consider taking my Audi and feel actually good about it! Everything is amazing about this place; customer service, workmanship, professionalism and I'm sure you'll appreciate that so far they seem to be HONEST and fair with their pricing. That last one is such a rarity in repair shops so needless to say, it's super refreshing to have found a place with this much integrity in their dealing with their customers. Nothing about telling you you need to fix things that you don't have to, no upselling, no reinstalling old parts and telling you they put new ones in. Trust me, I've checked their work after I've left. That's what keeps me coming back and why they're soo busy all the time because I'm sure others have noticed the same. They don't have to lie because by doing business the right way they actually hey more business. Note - Ask for Carlos when you call, he is above and beyond the absolute best shop manager I've met. I don't normally take time to write these type of reviews, but this place has earned it. Definitely go here!

Very satisifed. For Mercedes-Benz maintenance, Foreign Auto Services quality is the same as the dealer. If your Mercedes is out of warranty, take it to Foreign Auto Services! They are a better value. They are maintenance advisors as well as maintenance experts. They advise and repair. They do not attempt to over maintain your Mercedes or suggest unnecessary repairs. They have integrity and will explain what has to be fixed, and what can wait to be fixed. I have trusted them with all my Mercedes Benz vehicles for almost ten years. I will go no where else.
