I moved here from new jersey and had a mechanic up there so it's always scary trying to find a new one. Especially since I drive a bmw I want to make sure my service is done right. I saw some reviews on here that were 5 stars and I figured I'd give them a chance. Approaching the place I had doubts from the outside it doesn't look that nice and it's on a weird side street. I spoke with the guy at the desk who couldn't have been nicer. They checked out my car and sent me an email and called me before they did anything. The email was very detailed explaining what needed immediate attention and what could wait. I was pleasantly surprised and when I asked for an estimate they sent it again with prices attached. The prices are fair and as far as I can tell the work is very good. They are moving soon so they won't be in such a shady spot for long but the reviews are right! This place is great.

I made a wheel alignment appointment for the following morning and they were able to schedule it via online chat with no problem. During the alignment they kept me informed of their progress and they also explained their work thoroughly. Their pricing was fair and the car drives beautifully again.

They also give good advice as to what needs attention immediately or what could wait if the vehicle requires extensive maintenance.
