My interaction with Foreign Auto was simply the best single experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic. The customer service was timely and informative, the mechanics were professional and fast, and the overall service was one of the best experiences I have had with any business. Foreign Auto worked hard to maintain contact with me, ensured that I was informed on several occasions, worked quickly, and provided me with an incredibly thorough examination of the vehicle and its components. Simply put, Foreign Auto deserves every last accolade it can be afforded. A highly recommended business. They are the best in their field.

Great shop. Scott and his team are very dedicated, patient and creative. They took great care bringing my 1986 Lotus Esprit back to life, sourcing parts from all over the world, and working with independent parts makers to get custom parts made. They kept me up to speed the whole time, and I thought their pricing was fair and transparent. I am considering buying another classic now that I know I have place that can fix it. Please don't share this review with my wife.

Carlos and his team are very thorough. They explain everything to you and they are very prompt with their service.

Fantastic. FAS was fantastic. I was recommended by a friend, and am glad for it. Tremendous customer service from Carlos and Scott. Very fair pricing, excellent system for checking your car out. Recommends what needs attention and what can wait, along with estimates. This is NOT like the other garages, where you're told this is what it costs, and then call you at the end of the day with another issue. Not with FAS. You know up front, no surprises. Additionally, if you have to wait, the new facility in Chantilly has a large waiting room with internet, big tv, and comfortable seating. Very satisfied, and happy that I've found a service I can return to with confidence.

Great communication. Awesome!! Carlos was very professional from beginning to end and knows his craft. FAS provided honest feedback with a written report of all services performed and recommended along with supporting photos which made me feel very comfortable that all work that was performed was actually needed. I highly recommend FAS. They will really take good care of you. This was truely the best repair experience that I have seen.
