After getting an very high estimate for repairs from a shop the insurance company insisted we take the car to following a fender bender we asked Carlos at Foreign Auto to take a look at the car and focus on what repairs were needed simply to ensure the car was safe to operate which the other shop refused to do. He and the mechanic took the time to go over each item that needed to be addressed and each item that did not allowing us to pick and choose what we wanted to have repaired and what cosmetic issues we were willing to simply live with. As with previous repair at Foreign Auto Services we felt like we were treated with respect and dealt with honestly. We will continue to use only Foreign Auto.. Thanks JD

Carlos saved us $400 by cleaning a sensor that the BMW dealership told us would have to be replaced. Carlos warned us that cleaning it may not work and that it might have to be replaced if the check engine light came back on. 300 miles later still no check engine light and I have $400.00 in my bank that would not be there if not for Carlos. I've depended on this family-owned service since 1994 -- and I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else! They can work with you if your budget is tight (and whose isn't these days?) to keep you safely on the road. I am extremely grateful to them.

Excellent response time. Vehicle was towed-in on Sunday evening and the repair was completed by Monday afternoon. Compared price for the same service with Curry's Auto and the Foreign Auto Service price was more than $80 less. Carlos is a real professional and is focused on customer satisfaction. I'll be back for future service needs.
