Good value but an oil change / tire rotation can take up to 3.5 to 4 hours so plan accordingly!

Unfortunately we've had to add sanitation measures that add considerable time to a vehicle's service (~45 minutes); however, this doesn't explain or excuse the added time your visit entailed. We normally shoot for 2-3 hours to ensure nothing is rushed and to accommodate for the unforeseen. More often than not we are considerably under the estimated time; therefore, I apologize for missing the mark on time with your recent visit.
