honestly, I've been to several shops and I've really liked this one. they did a full on inspection of my 2012 Toyota Sienna and told me what I needed repaired or replaced. I really appreciated the fact that they didn't push me to do anything then and there. all the staff seemed super friendly and I appreciated their friendly attitudes at 8 AM (especially when you're still half asleep). I dropped off my car at 8:30, took about 2 minutes to get everything done, and I was on my way. they quoted me about 3 hours and finished within 2. great service (on my car and customer wise), highly recommend!

It was the first time that following the rrcommendations of a friend, I took my BMW for a repair. Very pleasant experience, I received a clear explanation of the work. I recommend 100%.

Just visited for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation. The shop was very efficient and friendly. This is the first car I've ever owned and the detailed report that they send via e-mail is incredibly meticulous! It makes it very easy to prioritize future maintenance. I will be back in the near future to replace my brake fluid and for my other car maintenance needs.

Luis and his team at Foreign Auto Service did an exceptional job on my SUV. Everything was done as promised and they got the car back to me earlier than expected. Luis' had one of his guys drive me to Starbucks where I could do some work and then Luis had his guy come pick me up when the service was complete! They also did a general inspection on the car and made some recommendations that I will do in the next week or so! Great Job Luis...tell your guys thanks!!

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from FAS. Carlos was very pleasant to deal with. The work I had done was done in a very timely manner and the cost was less than expected. The technician, Steve did a great job and I could not be happier! FAS has earned a customer for life! I recommend FAS highly!

I called Foreign Auto Services (based on a referral from my neighbor, who said the mechanics are great) on Friday afternoon with safety issues with my son's car identified at another car repair shop. He was planning to drive to Florida in 2 days and the shop could not get the parts for the exhaust system for many days. When I spoke to Jim on the phone and explained the situation, he asked all the pertinent information and told me he could not only fix the exhaust system on Saturday, but also would check over the car as if it were his own son's car. He identified several other issues that were not identified at the other shop, and sent pictures of safety issues. He made a list of what needs to be done now and what items can wait a few months. He was able not only to fix the exhaust, but also the rear brakes which were metal on metal. He also suggested while he was repairing the issues with the car, I research a place to get tires installed before the trip. Jim offered to stay late if the repairs were not done before his shop closed on Saturday. The prices were better than the initial shop I went to and everything was handled professionally and with genuine care about the customer and their safety. Jim was so calming and helpful when I was scrambling to get all the repairs and tires installed in 1 day, that it all worked out. My son was able to leave on time and safely arrived to Florida with no car problems at all. Thank you Jim and Foreign Auto Services, you have won me over as a customer for my other cars!
