They did my wheel alignment, couple miles away I notice my steering wheel is not in center. At first I did not wona complain, but after few days I decide to give them a call and let them correct, place steering wheel in center. I have taken my car again, waited for 1.5 hours. And got a call to get back, pick uo my car. I was told they will not be able to put my steering wheel in center since my bushings on rack and pinion are bad and my steering wheel will never be in center. At first they did not notice this problem. At second they have noticed this as a problem. Week later I took my car to Toyota, ask if I am having problem with bushings on my rack and pinion, they said No, did my alignment, and my steering wheel is in center, does not move no where after few months it is still in center.

Came in about a month ago with a groupon for an oil change. All the workers were masked up and socially distance for the safety of others. The whole process took about two-three hours and I was able to go in and out just like that feeling satisfied with the service. They do a complimentary inspection on your car with a digital analysis sent to you on what might need some work done. I am planning on coming back soon to get some problems fixed on my car because I can see that they seem to pride themselves for their service.

Very good quality service experience. Impressive digital inspection reports with photos. Downside was the time they took to complete the service. I just had oil change and tire rotations performed and it took them close to 2 hours. Since i decided to wait until service is done with advance appointment, i was expecting to be done within an hour.

Went in to get my wheel alignment, it was my first time coming here. I was told I was emailed an attachment that shows my car inspection and they even included photos with what work my car needed. I never seen and place like that. They were very professional and answered any questions I had in regards to it. I’ll definitely return to get some more work done to my car! Thanks for the help!
