Hello Mozi, our system doesn't show any recommendations were made on your 3 visits this year. In fact, plenty of your visits you declined the complimentary vehicle check that is included in the numerous groupons you purchased. From what I can see we never performed or recommended any work outside of the scope of the six oil changes and five alignments we performed for you. Therefore, I'm not sure what you are referring to, but if you did replace some parts and that repair is still good, I'm not sure what the problem is.
